  SOFTWARE AQ2TB

AQ2tb is the software installed on Giussani's test benches that allows to perform hydraulic and mechanical tests on sanitary taps, fittings, pipes and hydraulic devices in accordance with the main I nternational Standards.

The software acquires in real time all the physical parameters that characterize each test and provides a detailed graphical representation.
It is available in several languages and allows to use different measurement units.

SPECIFIC TEST SOFTWARES

  AQ2TB-COMBILAB+
Universal application for hydraulic tests for the verification and analysis of the functioning of sanitary taps, single lever mixers, thermostatic mixers and hydraulic devices such as valves, aerators and diffusers.
  AQ2TB-FLOW-LIN
Automatic software for flow-rate tests with linear increase of pressure.
Up to 6 tests can be viewed on the same chart and repeated, changing the position of the mechanism or the component under test.
  AQ2TB-FLOW-STEP
Software for automatic step flow-rate test with adjustable pressure slope and final tabulation of hot, cold and mixed water flow-rate, pressure and temperature.
  AQ2TB-F+S-DRIVE
Software for fidelity (hysteresis)and sensitivity tests with motor control and display of torque.
It evaluates water temperature and torque as a function of the angular position of the control device.
  AQ2TB-M-LAB-D08 & AQ2TB-M-LAB-NF+
Software for performing shut-off tests on thermostatic mixers, capable of detecting hot water loss in case of cold water failure, in accordance with D08 and NF Standards.
The software measures the quantity of water collected and calculates the final temperature variation.
