Special test benches

Giussani S.r.l. has been manufacturing hydraulic test benches for our worldwide customers for over 25 years.
Technological development has enabled us to create unique benches and install them at the centers responsible for issuing the standards of reference for these types of products.
The use of sophisticated software ensures a continuous monitoring of tests in progress, as well as a subsequent analysis of the results and the generation of reports in accordance with Standard requirements.
We manufacture benches capable of testing all types of taps, flexible hoses, multi-layered hoses, siphons and thermostatic valves, and we never fear the challenge of new tests.

TEST BENCHES FOR SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

The test benches BPF series have been designed to carry out single hydraulic test or life test of fittings, multilayer tubes, flexible tubes, plastic tubes, valves, heat exchanger and many others hydraulic components by readings and measurements the hydraulic characteristics in real operative conditions.
The benches are designed to simulate pressure variation with possibility to adjust the water temperature and air chamber temperature, the test are performed according to the most relevant international Standards (EN, NF, DVGW, KIWA).

  BPF-T-3000-SWG

Universal hydraulic test bench for static,
pulsing and burst pressure
Thermal cycles and flow rate measurement
Main applications:
Static tests with constant pressure (max. 200 bar) and hot or cold water.
Hydraulic burst tests with cold or hot water, pressure increase by booster.
Pulsing pressure tests with hot or cold water circulation and 15 bar maximum pressure.
Water hammer endurance test with the component filled with hot or cold water.
Max. pressure: 100 bar; max. frequency: 1 Hz.
Thermal cycles carried out with open circuit alternating cold and hot water feeding.
Adjustable pressure and flow-rate.
Flow-rate tests and Kv calculation carried out with open circuit, constant pressure beetween 0,2 and 4 bar and 100 L/min maximum flow-rate.
Hydraulic valves life tests.

Test bench for flexible tubes with 1 test chamber.
Hydraulic tests: static and pulsing pressure, water hammer, explosion and thermal cycle.
Thermo-regulated test chamber from room temp. to 100 °C.
Water temperature controlled from romm temp. to 95 °C.

Flow-rate measurement of hydraulic devices with free discharge and automatic pressure increase or differential pressure measurement with calculation of Kv coefficient.
