Special bench for burst test on hydraulic devices

Hydraulic bench for high-pressure test suitable to evaluate the tightness of the
hydraulic device under test and its volume change as a function of pressure.
Test pressure is generated by a double-acting hydraulic intensifier
(maximum pressure: 350 bar); the flow-rate is measured by a flow-meter placed
on the supply line.
The computer evaluates the changes in pressure and flow-rate as a function of time
and draws the curve of volume change as a function of pressure.
At the beginning of the test the device placed under vacuum then is filled with
water and is led to the initial pressure by means of a multistage electric pump.
AQ2tb dedicated software allows to execute the test procedure according
to the predetermined cycle.
Construction characteristics of the bench:
- Main structure in aluminum profiles with brush-works in plastic rolled steel.
- Basin in stainless steel measuring 15/10 mm with drain in the back area.
- Test area with protection door.
- Assembly on equipped rotating wheels with parking brakes.
- Inner system for distribution of cold water with stainless steel tubes for high pressure tests.
- Double stage air filtration group.
