worldwide for over 25 years.
Technological development has enabled us to create unique benches and install them at
the centers responsible for issuing the standards of reference for
this type of products.
The use of sophisticated
software ensures a continuous
monitoring of tests in progress, as well as a subsequent analysis of the results and the
generation of reports in accordance with Standard requirements.

Giussani's test benches have been conceived to operate in compliance with the most important
international Standards: NF, KIWA, EN, UNI, ASME JAPMO, etc.
BPR-SWG serie test benches are equipped with workstation, 19" LCD monitor,
electronic card, in order to allow the real-time analysis and recording all test parameters;
each test can be displayed or stored together with the most significant diagrams;
the supply also includes a color laser printer located on the bench.
The standard software package includes an acquisition card to read until 16 channel
with high acquisition frequency adjustable from 300 to 1000 Hz.
The software for laboratory management can be integreted with the applications for
management and acquisition of all optinal tests, which can be added both with
devices installed on the bench.

Water column manometer for low pressure measures
Measurement device for low pressure installed on the bench. It consists
of a water column manometer with double calibrated tube in glass, range 0÷1200 mm,
precision ±0,2%.

Sensibility and hysteresis test device for thermostatic mixers
Device to detect sensitivity and hysteresis graphs of single lever and thermostatic mixers
in accordance with EN 1111 and EN 817 Standards.
The device performs the automatic movement of the tap with support for the trasmission
motor of the motion adjustable on three axes.
Motor with C.C. drive, with gear motor, torsion meter and trasmission with telescopic cardan
shaft.
Detection of the mixed water temperature graph in relation to the angular position of the lever.

Automatic device to test thermostats mixers
The device optimises the test cycle of a thermostat with particolar reference to the
verification of the range of regulation and the security test for water failure and
is recommended for inspections of production line. A very intuitive video screen verifies
immediately that all test parameters are included in the range.
It includes the system to clamp the piece with hot or cold air and drain the residual pressure.
PLC to realise the sequence of automatic inspection.

ENDURANCE TEST BENCH

Test bench for hydraulic endurance tests
of single lever mixers,
swivel spouts and diverters.
Execution of the mechanical endurance test of the control device according to EN 817,
ASME A112.18.1-2005/CSA B125.1-05 Standards.
The test consists in subjecting the device, to the indicated pressures and temperatures
of hot and cold water, to a specific number of time-set movements.
The dedicated software AQ2tb allows to execute automatically all the provided tests.
