The benches have been conceived to operate in compliance with the most important international standards: NF, KIWA, EN, UNI, ASME JAPMO, etc.
The test benches BPR-SWG are equipped with workstation with 19" LCD screen, electronic card, in order to allow the real-time analysis and recording all test parametres; each test can be displayed or stored together with the most significant diagrams; the supply also includes a colour laser printer located on the bench.
The standard software package includes an acquisition motor device to read until 16 channel with high acquisition frequency adjustable from 300 to 1000Hz.
The software for laboratory management can be integreted with the applications for management and acquisition of alloptinal tests, which can be added both with devices installed on the bench.
All benches are equipped with a test report traceability to S.I.T., as provided by ISO 9000 standards.

and it consists of a water column manometer with double calibrated

parallel with respect to the bench test tubes, with fastening
clamp. The device allows having a very precise measurement of dynamic
pressure delivered in the range up to 0,12 bar.

BPR-OPZ-SHOWER Cabinet for testing showers and showers column The cabinet is connected to the bench BPR-SWG-DF000 by flexible tubes at the additional output on the rear of the bench. It makes possible to carry out the hydraulic tests by adjusting and reading temperature pressure and flow rate on the computer of the bench and supply the showers under test,inside the cabinets one thermocouple (connected to the test bench) reads the mixed water temperature. The water is colleted on the tank installed on the floor and is recycled to the bench by a pump. Structure Frame using high-tensile aluminium profiles, side panel glass made. Frontal panel equipped with two gloves for adjusting the showers during the test. Stainless steel tank on the floor to collect the water to the test bench by one pump.
